You could always throw in a card with a little cash in it that way they can get what they want/need. Maybe something like gum or hard candy. I know my mom likes to suck on hard candy. If she has a hearing aid than get some extra batteries for it, that is always useful. Denture brush, they are a bit different than a regular toothbrush. They can always use shampoo and conditioner.
