I run a make up sales business on line...one of my wholesalers has disapeared with a lot of my money, help!!!?

I had a wholesaler who I did regular business with for several months, I ordered approx �1000.00 worth of goods from her & she is now not replying to emails etc...so really she has stolen this money from me, at first there were loads of excuses why things weren't arriving & then contact just stopped. She has her own online business which is still running & I know her full name & home address...what can I do to get my money back....help please!!!!!
