What music video is this???

I saw this music video a few months ago, and I can't remember the artist or anything! :( All I remember is that it was about this guy who found a woman's head by a dumpster... it was alive, and they were singing to each other. She turned out to be a balloon, and started to float around. lol Does anyone know what I'm talking about??
