Is scooby doo a superhero?

If Batman, Robbin and Batgirl are superhero's just because they have a few neat gadgets, fight crime and solve mysterys, then it would stand to reson that Scooby Doo and the gang are also superheros. Velma is super smart and makes all sorts of neat gadgets, Daphnie is super pretty, Fred is super good with plans and traps, Shaggy and Scooby are always super hungry and super scared. Like Batman they fight crime solve mystery's have cool gadgets and drive a cool automobile.If the Joker went up against them he would be unmasked in less than half an hour. I contend they are more super than Batman and his gang.
