How old do you have to be to go Skydiving or bungie Jumping? Bay Area Places?

im 15(16 in August) And i REALLY REALLY wanna get my adrenaline pumping again LOL! I already did the Zip Lines by the Moaning Caverns and it was amazing!! I love those kinda things!!! Any way i live in the bay area and i guess there is a Skydiving thing there...Um also where can i go thats near by to bungie jump.
