What is this runescape item?!?!?

i saw this item on runescape the other day. The wearer was a guy named hightides. He was afk so i couldn't ask him. I know almost every single armor in runescape. But this, I had never seen before. It was a skull or it looked like it. It looked like the skull of a dinosaur. It was the color of bone. It covered the whole head completely. It did not go on top of the head like the ram skeleton helm. It was so cool. Please tell me the name of this item. I have a picture but I don't know how to show you guys it.
