Major food poisoning and yellow bile coming from my ?

I had sushi today at 2 and right now it's 10:30 and I just spent about an hour on the toilet. I went because I felt like I was going to throw up, but what I did was poop, then have diarrhea, then have a bunch of clear yellow liquid come out of my , which looked like yellow bile. The toilet was full of this yellow liquid and when I wiped it looked like I had colored the paper with a bright yellow highlighter. I didn't end up throwing up but I still feel like I'm going to. What on EARTH is going on with my body? Do I need to go to the hospital? Do you think the sushi made me sick? HELP!!!!!!!
