Why does my ex boyfriend do this(5 points for best answer)?

After such a long story, don't you know this guy is complete looser, bipolar. You should have not stay with him but that past history. This guy is playing game with you and should not expect anything good about him. The reason he does that is because he is not using his head and he is probably on drug. Dump and get away from that guy and forget the "why does he do this but deny it? This guy has a lot roaches in his head or mice who know? Something is eating his brain.
