Want is this of the heart?

Your mitral valves are the valves that control the blood flowing in and out of your heart. If they are mildly thickened they may not be healthy (lots of reasons). The trace of mitral regurgitation means some of the blood is leaking backwards when the valve is supposed to close completely as the heart squeezes the blood through the valve and onward away from the heart. A trace usually isn't bad. The trace of tricuspid reg. is not that bad either, but you obviously would prefer it if the blood all went forward (like it is supposed to) and none would go back. I don't know anything about the aortic valve trileaflet. Sorry. Your EF or ejection fraction is a good indicator of how well your heart is working. It is a percent. If you have had an infection that has affected your heart, these conditions may get better. Why not ask your doctor? The doctor usually will answer all your questions.
