Is a martyr like a Religion Kamikaze? Sacrificing his body to achieve his goals?

A martyr is one who sacrifices his or her life for their cause...be it religion or otherwise. Kamikazes, suicide bombers, and the like commit m murder for their cause. They are therefore not martyrs who should be honored and remembered, but low-life criminals whose memories should be erased from all human history.
