How long does it take to know you're pregnant?

a pregnancy test should pick it up around about now if your period is that late. buy a couple and use the first wee of the day cause thats when you will have the most of the hcg hormone. as with bodily changes you generally get the same as when you have a period (sore hot flushes) but you may also need to pee a LOT more then usual. good luck hunni
