Court ordered weigh in?

Two years ago, before we married, my wife to be and I signed a prenuptual agreement. Part of that agreement was that she was not to exceed a certain weight. In the past few months I began to notice that she was getting a little bit hippish. Last week I inspected her closet and discovered that she is now up to a size 6. I asked her to step on a scale but she refused. Can the courts order her to do this before I start costly divorce proceedings? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for your help.
