She's insane!! Who do I see for help?

Can you talk to your family doctor, teacher or counselor at school? At 16 you are too young too handle this on your own. It sounds like you need to seperate from her to keep your sanity. Please talk to a trusted adult to help you out on this one. The best of luck.
