Aren't actresses like Jessica Alba and Pam Anderson embarresed when they get tied up and gagged in movies?

Wouldn't you feel embared if you had to get tied up and gagged in a scene of a movie that will one day be showed and sold worldwide? I would because then people would see me like that and would probably screencap that.
